The Movement is Therapy for Beginners (MITBEG) offers a simple, straight forward, common sense approach and choice: Learn how to move correctly and understand your body. Then, whatever you choose to do for your workout, you will be able to get the results that you desire.
The MITBEG teaches proper alignment, helps you understand your weaknesses and teaches you how to correct them. The six week program guides you through all the components of fitness including cardiovascular, strength and flexibility as well breathing. It teaches you the importance of progression and directs you on a path to success!
