— Seeking men and women that fit in the following categories:
- I plan to start an exercise program, am new to exercise, or am unhappy with results from current exercise program.
- I experience chronic back pain.
- I am 65+ years of age and am interested in safe exercise practices.
— Three time slot options
- Mondays at 7:30 am or 5:30 pm
- Saturdays at 10 am
